Creamy burrata over Spinach, watermelon, peaches and pickled red onions topped with Balsamic dressing.
Wood fired Eggplant

Woodfired Roasted Eggplant, smeared with a Garlic Roasted Redpepper oil, layered with a Creamy baked Redpepper Ricotta and finished with a Cannel of chilled Creamy roasted Red Pepper Ricotta. This is served over a bed of greens.
Vegan Crabcakes and remoulade sauce

100% Vegan and soooo good (that's coming from someone who loves crab). You'll get three crab cakes served over a simple salad and topped with a remoulade sauce. I hope we don't sell out of these I could each the whole batch.
Wood Roasted Stuffed Chicken

Fresh chicken breast seasoned and stuffed with Red Peppers and Cheddar wrapped in Prosciutto and topped with spicy Creme Friache sauce, served with a side salad and a slice of our Focaccia.
Wood Fired Paella with a socarrat (crusty) bottom

Our Paella is filled with Calamari, Shrimp, mussels, Chicken and Chorizo sausage. Cooked in rice and a rich tomato broth. You'll enjoy this with a side salad and a slice of our Focaccia.
