Thin Crust Pizza

the pizza takes 90 seconds to fire and later in the evening firing time is down to 60 seconds. We offer specials at most pop-ups, and if you have a combination you'd like to see, let us know. We now offer whole wheat crust, add $1.00 per pizza.

We are going crazy and mixing our Italian mushroom with bacon and pepperoni topped with Mozzarella.  You will be in protein comatose.  

Margherita

Classic Italian! Did you know this pizza is named after Queen Margherita? The pizza has roasted tomatoes, slices of fresh Mozzarella and a little shredded mozzarella, finished with fresh basil and drizzle of olive oil.

It's our Margherita with Bacon and Arugula.  The pizza is finished with fresh arugula and drizzled with garlic creme fraiche.

Vegan Cheese on thin Crust and Deep Dish

We also offering Vegan cheese,  we have had good success with Violife.  As a non-vegan myself I was surprise by the flavor. Add $2 to the price of the thin crust or deepish pizza.

Buffalo Chicken

I made this for the superbowl once, and it came out great.  Roasted chicken shredded and coated with the amazing sauce that made Buffalo famous.  We'll add some classic blue cheese to the pizza too.

Pepperoni

Sorry the pepperoni is not local, but the sauce is homemade.  The pizza is filled with large slices of pepperoni.

Roasted Red Onion, Red Pepper and Roasted Fennel along with mushrooms mozzarella and finished with little truffle oil.

Suppressata

SSuppressata; a southern Italian dry sausage is paired with Mushrooms and brined Kalamato Olives. This Pizza starts off with a light layer of our homemade sauce. A favorite in our house.

Carnitas

Slow roasted pork, Carnitas style, pickled red on Mozzarella cheese and finished with freshly grated lime rind.  Amazingly delicious.
